Aerial Hoop Beginner Course - 4 Week
This is a 4 week Aerial Hoop course for complete beginners or those looking to get back into aerial. We will cover safety of Aerial Hoop alongside basic poses, mounts, dismounts, plus strength and conditioning throughout. Improve upper body, lower body and core strength whilst having a fun and entertaining session each week.
Once completed you can choose to join our beginner plus hoop course to further your skills before joining weekly sessions.
